Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start June 27, 2022 and work a 6 month assignment at a facility in Chicago, IL. Must have IL license.
- Schedule: 12 or 10 hour shifts 7a-7:30p or 7a:5:30p. Will look at PT providers (urgent needs are Thursday and Fridays 8,10 or 12 hour shift).
- Call: they do have call and would consider if someone wants it. Its 1st call stay till cases are finished in OR and then go home on pager coverage.
- Main Procedures: Bread and butter procedures. We do everything but hearts and peds, 9 ORs in the main building and 4 ORs in the surgery center located on campus across the street.
- Supervision model 3:1 or 4:1.
- Inpatient/outpatient: both.
- EMR: EPIC.
- DEA is needed.
- Privileges can be expedited as long as CRNA submits the paperwork and has a clean record.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
