Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start in 45 days at a facility near Champaign, IL. Must have Illinois license.
- Schedule: 4 days a week/ 10 hr shifts.
- No Call.
- Cases: General, Gynecology, Neurology, Orthopedics and Urology.
- Average daily case volume: 23 cases.
- 145 bed facility.
- 8 ORs.
- Credentialing: 45 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
