• Shifts: 10's only- Fulltime 40 hrs per week.


• Cases: Lots of orthopedics, spine, general surgery, and ENT surgery, could also cover GI or EP lab, and not expect to do hearts. Heavy Peds Site. 


• Peds ENT, Cataracts, Ortho , GYN, Podiatry , Spine, Ocular Plastics.


• No OT.


• Supervision of CRNA by MD.


• Supervision ratio is typically 5:1


• 20-22 OR rooms running in the main OR. Up to 4 rooms in GI and two rooms in EP. 


• 4-Tens Position.


• 8 bed ASC.


• EMR.


• Credentialing: 45 - 60 days.  


• Prefer candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
