• Locums will have to float between 2 sites


• Credentialing time period – 60-90 days


• Shifts: 8,10,12,24. In house and beeper call available 


• 1 call shift per week. No PCDO


• FT candidates preferred 


• Cases: Endo, general, ophthalmology, plastic, urology


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
