Job Description :
CRNA needed in Tillamook, OR starting Feb 28th - Ongoing
- Shift: 7a - 3p
- Call: Every 3rd night / every 3rd weekend
- Cases: General, ORTHO, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Mgmt, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo
- MDs onsite - little to no supervision
- Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
- Must be vaccinated (Religious exemptions okay)
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
