• Schedule: 4x10s, available. All days needed Monday-Friday. Full-time availability preferred.


• No call for Locums with Anesthesia and Day shift coverage with 10, hour shifts. Currently, no shifts longer than 10 hours.


• Cases: Ortho, Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic. No Cardiac.


• What support staff is available -Anesthesiologists, LPN, Nursing Staff, administrative, Anesthesia techs, 3 NPs.


• Age of patients -1 year of age upwards.


• EMR- Epic.


• The team will only accept BC.


• Will not consider Sedation only bids.


• MDA will not be allowed to do cardiac cases.


• Must have clean Malpractice and NPDB.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
