• Schedule: Weekdays 7A-5P, nights and weekends are unrestricted call.


• Daily Patient Volume: 12.


• Support Staff: 3 physician model, 1 physician on beeper call nights/weekends


• EMR: Medaxion.


• Case Types: Physicians have to work their own cases.


• Practice Setting: Hospital.


• Current State Medical License - Florida.


• Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC or Board Eligible with experience.


• DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes.


• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days.


• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
