• Required skills or preferred skills: Proficient in regional, spinal and epidural anesthesia. For cardiac, TEE certified. For pediatrics fellowship required.


• Trauma Level/Designation: II.


• Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 45.


• Certification required (ACLS, BLS): Yes.


• Patient Age Demographic: Varies.


• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days.


• Will accept providers with closed malpractice cases: Yes.

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
