Job Description :

Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Western NE for a medium size hospital to work Dec. 21, 2020 through Jan. 1, 2021. Must have an active NE license, PALs, and a clean background.

Case Mix: thoracic, major vas, OB, trauma, pediatrics, neuro, ortho

9-10 CRNAs and 4-5 MDs when fully staffed.

CRNAs work autonomously including working doing regionals and OB (doing c-sections) and they work in Trauma, plus they are taking beeper call.

1 CRNA works in-house for OB and 1 on beeper back up, with 1 MD also on beeper backup every day.

Doc might do backup beeper call 1:4.

EMR is Cerner.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

$260.00 weeknight call + $260.00 per hour if called in, Weekend Call equals $1880.00 per weekend day + $260.00 per hour after 4 hours.

$310.00 Holiday Rate + Holiday call (if applicable) of $2480.00 + $310.00 per hour after 4 hours

$235.00 per hour (regular hours) + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
