Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Midway-Hardwick, GA. Licensed preferred. 

• Schedule: 1-2 days/week.


• Cases: Pain practice. Medial branch blocks, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, discography, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, prolotherapy, disc regenerative therapy, peripheral joint injections, and trigger point injections. 


• OT: Little to none. 


• No Call.


• Practice model for each location. # of Physicians will be only MD to start and will be 1-2 days per week.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
