Job Description :

Hospital in northwest IN, just SE of Chicago is looking for a locum MDAs to start 90 days - ongoing. Will also consider locum to perm candidates. Must have "clean" license.

12 CRNAs & 5 MDA

4 MDAs on every day, 3 in rooms, 2 supervising. 10 CRNAs on each day.

Must do own cases and supervise, supervise during the day and "own cases" during the evening.

1st and 2nd call running 5pm-7a. 1 OB CRNA on call 24/7 with 2 MDA's on pager call 5p-7a (pager call). No post call day off.

General, B&B, ortho, with OB, some cardiac (willing to train up on cardiac). 1360 Epis, 418 C-sections. There is inhouse call coverage from CRNAs for OB.

40 hour guarantee per week.

$Competitive Rate weeknight call + OT if called in, Weekend Call - Full Daily Rate per weekend day + OT after 4 hours.
