Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility near North Andover, MA. Must have clean background. 

**PROVIDER COMPLETION BONUS - $30,000.- 520 Hours Worked AND 13 Weeks**

• Schedule: 8 or 10 hr shifts.


• Cases: Gen B+B, OB & Ortho. No Neuro/Heads or Peds. 


• Supervision: 1:3. 


• OT Possible. 


• Call is Required.


• 9 Rooms.


• Model: 7 MD : 12 CRNA. 


• Paper Charting. 


• 30-60 days for privileges (possibility for emergency privileges).


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
