- Practice Setting : Hospital Based
- Shift Description: 8s / 10s / 12s
- Required to Supervise CRNA
- Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric
- Number of Operating Rooms: 8
- Procedures Required: Spinal, Epidural, Regional
- Certification Requirements: BC, Active NY License, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
