• Shifts: Trauma Shift 24 hrs in house. 1st Daytime: 7a-5p in house beeper 5p-7p.


• 1st Nighttime: Beeper 7p-7a, 2nd OR 7a-5p.


• Call or weekend requirements: 2 overnights per week. .


• How long is the call response time: Trauma is in house, backup response is 30min.


• Number of Operating Rooms: 3 running.


• Will locum be Required to Supervise CRNAs: No.


• Will provider be solo: Yes.


• EMR type: Epic.


• Annual Volume: Assuming 1700 cases per year.


• Average # of cases per day: 3 per room.


• Required skills or preferred skills: UGRA.


• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2.


• Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice:8.


• Certification required: ACLS, BLS.


• Patient Age Demographic: All ages. No peds less than 1 y/o.


• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days.


• Will accept providers with closed malpractice cases: No.


• Vaccinations required: Initial COVID and annual flu.


• Locums need to be comfortable/proficient with the following: Trauma (most important), OB, Vascular, Neuro, Joints, Regional Blocks, Possible Peds, Thoracic, Call, Weekends, No CV.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
