• Need: Day coverage


• License: Preferred to have Active Alabama License.


• Board Cert: Required


• Cred Timeframe:  30 – days (Expedited could be an option if your clinician is licensed and can cover dates in May)


• Number of Anesthetizing Sites Onsite: 9(6 OR, 2 Pain, 1 Cysto)


• Cases: ENT, GS (a lot of bariatric), GYN, Optho, Ortho, Uro, Pain Mgmt


• Cases Volume: 683 monthly


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. 


• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
