• Number of OR rooms: 3 + 1 procedure room


• Required procedures: General and some regional


• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days


• SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS


• Board Certified(ABMS or AOA) - Required


• Active ME license or IMLC - Required


• List availability dates attached to the job posting - Required at time of name clear


• Must list # of years of Epic experience to be considered at name clear - REQUIRED


• Flu and Covid vaccine - REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR - NO EXEMPTIONS.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.


• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
