Job Description :
Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 3+ months with a possibility of extension at a facility near New Haven, IN. IN license preferred.
- Shift: 5x8 days M-F, 40 GWW.
- Independent model.
- CRNAS must be able to do blocks, spinals, epidural.
- New grads welcome.
- Types of cases: General, Endo, GYN, Ortho.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Length of contract: 3+ months.
- Will cross credential at 2 sites.
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 - 60 days. Temp/Emergency privs.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
