Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Long Creek, IL. IL license preferred.

• Schedule: Shifts:  5 8's or 4 10's. 


• Rotating 13-week schedule.


• Full-Time Locum: No 12's, call, or weekend.


• No Weekends.


• No Holidays.


• Cases: General B+B, ENT, Urology, Ortho, OB. Nothing unique.


• Call: Optional, not required.


• Supervision: Medically directed 1:4. 


• ORs: 30 sites of service. 


• EPIC Charting. 


• Credentialing: 90 days.


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
