Job Description :
Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Stevensburg, VA . Licensed preferred.
- Schedule: 10 or 11 Hour shifts.
- All cases: OB, epidurals, spinals and general anesthesia for emergency c-sections, Ortho, Spine surgery- cervical, thoracic and lumbar cases, healthy pediatrics.
- No cardiac, transplants, high risk pediatrics or heads.
- Supervision: 3:1, 2:1.
- OT: Not expected but may occur.
- No Call.
- Anesthesia rooms: 5 on site but we typically run only three anesthetizing locations daily.
- On emergency cases the call doctor will start the case and the CRNAs will be unsupervised until a case comes down.
- Practice Model for each location.
- 4 FT physicians for coverage.
- Paper Charting.
- Credentialing: 2 - 3 Months.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
