Job Description :
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Lakefront, NY. Licensed preferred.
**COMPLETION BONUS: 520 Hours Worked AND 13 Weeks - $20,000 **
- Schedule: All shift lengths available up to and including a 16hr shift (until 11pm)
- Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
- Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only.
- If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
- No OT.
- Call: Possible.
- MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3.
- Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.
- Credentialing: 30 days emergency time frame.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
