• Case mix: general and colorectal, OB&GYN, uro, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts. Our peds cases are over 1 year old and are mostly ENT patients (T&A and M&T) 


• Supervision ratio is 1/2.5 


• OT expected.


• 5 anesthesia sites. 


• Practice model: 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs. 


• Charting is paper and pen. 


• If CT license is in hand - 30-60 days. 


• No CT license - 60-120 days


• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
